Google drive wont let me download files

Unable to download files from my Google Drive. I just set up a folder in Google Drive and loaded up a lot of files from my One Drive. Can someone please let me. Click More tools. Click Clear browsing data. Set the Time range to "All Time". Select Browsing history and Cookies and other site data. Click Clear data.
